As a seasoned talent expert, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop job descriptions aligned with organizational needs.
- Source and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Manage recruitment workflows, including resume screening and interviews.
- Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
- Advertise job openings on company career pages and job boards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deliver the best talent.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools and Performance Management Systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- HR reporting and analytics
