Talent Acquisition Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop long-term workforce planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the talent acquisition team
- Design and implement recruitment strategies for clinical, administrative, support, and executive roles
- Oversee recruitment processes from start to finish
- Monitor and report on KPIs including time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, candidate satisfaction, and applicant pipeline conversion
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Advanced knowledge of recruitment metrics, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
