Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a strong focus on sourcing and screening candidates. You will be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting video interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify strong fits.

In this role, you will also be expected to proactively source passive candidates via LinkedIn and other tools, build pipelines for U.S.-based roles, and endorse qualified candidates for interviews. Your goal will be to present candidates who are both qualified and culturally aligned to our organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of our recruitment team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of our business and identify top talent. You will be responsible for creating a positive candidate experience, from initial application to hire.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (full-cycle or focused on sourcing/screening)
  • Strong interviewing skills – you know how to ask the right questions and assess both fit and potential
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent English communication skills – clear, professional, and confident in both writing and speaking
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote work tools
