Senior Talent Acquisition Lead Job

This senior leadership role is ideal for a seasoned talent acquisition professional who excels at driving results and setting high standards.

The Senior Team Leader will oversee a group of recruiters and sourcing specialists, providing guidance and support to help them achieve company goals.

  • Leverage your expertise in performance management to monitor, evaluate, and improve team member performance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine job descriptions, requisition processes, and compensation strategies.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

To succeed in this role, you must have a proven track record of successfully leading a team and a strong understanding of recruitment software, communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.

A bachelor's degree in human resources or business management is preferred but not required. You must be fluent in English and available during USA business hours.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment leadership.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
