
Remote Live Chat Customer Service Specialist

Join a dedicated team providing exceptional service to customers through live chat support.
This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate will be proactive, service-oriented, and comfortable interacting with customers via computer.
The role involves responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues efficiently, and providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat.
- Provide helpful and accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions for resolution.
- Evaluate complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to senior support staff or supervisors as needed.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and policies to ensure up-to-date information for customers.
- Identify and address potential customer concerns proactively to prevent escalation.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers through effective communication and empathy.
- Document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in a CRM system.
- Collaborate with other customer support team members and departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- At least 2 years of experience in LIVE CHAT customer support in the BPO or remote setting.
- Proficient written and spoken English skills.
- Experience using help desk software and other remote support tools.
- Familiarity with different CRM tools.
- 1 year of experience as Team Leader/Supervisor, SME, Amazon CSR, Quality Analyst in the BPO is a plus.
- Own work-from-home equipment.
