We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support via chats and emails.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet performance targets
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Maintain working knowledge of our client's products and services
- Communicate effectively with developers and other departments
- Excellent upper intermediate English language skills (B2 level)
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role
- Experience with live chats and emails
- Personal or professional experience in crypto
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with Salesforce or Zendesk
