Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team.
This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong background in providing live chat support.
- The Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- They will also be required to clarify customer needs, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- In addition, they will participate in writing excellent help documentation and escalate bugs to the technical support team as needed.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide live chat support to customers via our platform, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Issue Resolution: Clarify customer needs, determine the cause of the issue, select and explain the best solution, and follow up to ensure the issue is resolved.
- Documentation: Participate in writing excellent help documentation to support customers and improve the overall user experience.
- Bug Escalation: Escalate bugs to the technical support team as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements
Requirements:- Experience: At least one year of experience providing live chat customer support for a software/SaaS platform.
- Skill Set: Demonstrable critical thinking, communication, and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Language: English is the primary language required, with secondary languages being a plus.
- Qualifications: Self-starter, positive attitude, ability to continuously develop and adapt to a growing team, and familiarity with chat and CRM platforms.
