We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Online Chatting Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This is a remote position that involves engaging with fans and followers on behalf of content creators via online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask across multiple chat sessions, and possess high emotional intelligence.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell premium content, subscriptions, and exclusive offers in a natural and customer-focused manner. They will respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services.

Maintaining detailed records of conversations and transactions in CRM systems will also be an important part of this role. Collaboration with team members to optimize chat strategies and share best practices will be encouraged.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment and be familiar with CRM tools and online chat software.
