Remote Customer Support Agent Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support agent to join our team. As a remote customer support agent, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via live chat and email.

Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience with our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via live chat and email
  • Assist with booking cancellations and changes, and resolve service issues promptly
  • Collaborate with suppliers around the world to meet customer needs and achieve high satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective service protocols and workflows for various scenarios
  • Contribute to our internal knowledge base and external FAQs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible working hours
  • Experience with computer software - a must (Gmail, Google Docs etc.)
  • Online support software experience an advantage
  • Customer support experience an advantage
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Fast learner
  • Strong proficiency in English, knowledge of other languages an advantage
