
Business Development Account Manager

This role involves managing client relationships and delivering solutions that meet their needs.
The Account Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing client accounts and ensuring that client needs are met.
- Developing and executing account strategies to drive growth.
- Maintaining regular client communication and building strong relationships.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute account-related projects.
- Identifying and pursuing upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering client reports and presentations.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and adapting account strategies accordingly.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically 7+ years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in account leadership roles, meeting or exceeding sales and revenue objectives.
- Leadership and strategic planning capabilities, effective communication skills, and a history of contributing to business growth.
- A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Preferred Qualifications
An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as Certified Account Executive (CAE) or Certified Strategic Account Manager (CSAM) are also desirable.
