
Senior Account Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee a portfolio of domestic and international customers.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and tailored solutions.
This role plays a key part in shaping client success and will involve managing a range of commercial relationships, ideally within international and domestic telecom environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and nurture a portfolio of accounts, building trust and aligning solutions with customer objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers and respond to inquiries through various communication platforms.
- Provide effective solutions based on customer needs and requests.
- Provide sales forecasting, performance analysis, and market insights to guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor account performance, manage risks, and contribute to continuous process and service improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- At least 3 years' proven experience in account management or sales.
- Demonstrated success in managing commercial relationships, ideally within international and domestic telecom environments.
- Knowledge of international wholesale telecommunications, carrier relationships, or enterprise communication services.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resourceful with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
