Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Billing and Collections professional to lead our team in managing accounts receivable, billing, and collections processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of billing and collection systems, procedures, and best practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, credit risk assessment, and reconciliation processes
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams effectively
  • Strong skills in performance management, delegation, and team development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate with clients professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple billing cycles and collection schedules
  • Capability to develop and implement process improvements and internal controls
