About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Career Advancement Specialist to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts, driving renewal rates, maintaining customer engagement, and identifying upsell opportunities. This role is ideal for a relationship-centric professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping clients succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Retention and Renewal: Own the renewal lifecycle for 100+ enterprise clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and proactive renewal execution to meet retention targets.
  • Client Retention and Renewal: Identify potential churn risks early and develop tailored mitigation strategies.
  • Customer Engagement and Success Enablement: Conduct regular interactions, including onboarding, product refreshers, and business reviews, to drive client adoption and long-term value realization.
  • Commercial Growth and Opportunity Identification: Partner with Client Directors to identify and qualify upsell opportunities within accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, digital HR solutions, or enterprise account management roles.
  • Proven track record of renewing and growing high-volume portfolios of enterprise clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive programmatic nurturing and engagement initiatives with cross-functional partner collaboration.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to align customer goals to solution value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills.
