Relationship Manager Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for originating, developing, reviewing and managing loan portfolio relationships, as well as cross-selling appropriate bank products and services across target segments to contribute to the bank's objectives in terms of growth, profitability and client satisfaction.

  • This role involves deepening your understanding of account management, business development, marketing and sales. You will meet clients from various industries and understand a bank's role in the ins and outs of their businesses.

You will have the opportunity to be mentored by industry experts and achieve a promising career.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in account management
  • Strong background in credit evaluation and financial analysis
  • Strategic thinking ability and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal, non-verbal, written and presentation) and active listening skills
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results
