Job Overview

Nokia is seeking a strategic Account Manager to establish, maintain and expand connections with Globe's Network Technology Group staff. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the company's overall strategy and be able to make informed decisions regarding risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership and serve as a trusted advisor to business executives and senior team members
  • Promote complex IP and Optics network solutions and participate in activities from network planning and budgetary analysis to commercial offers and implementation
  • Identify, qualify, develop and capture new business opportunities leading to revenue generation and growth
  • Serve as a key member of the account team, manage customer relationships and drive new business opportunities
  • Lead the development of winning strategies through competitive analysis, pricing analysis and commercial offers
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as an Account Manager or Technical Sales Manager with telecom operators
  • Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure Solutions (IP, Optics, Fixed Network)
  • Proven expertise in telecom vendor leadership and project management
  • Business development and sales skills with prior success in maintaining and growing revenues
  • Functional domain knowledge in wireless or wireline with a broad understanding of business drivers and the competitive landscape
  • Relationship management with client executives, partners and internal stakeholders
  • Writing proposals, presentations and contract management skills
  • An undergraduate degree is required
