Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least three years of experience as an Account Manager or Business Development professional. They will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS;
  • Providing market intelligence and gathering information on assigned segment's business trends;
  • Securing major project orders and assisting colleagues to close sales;
  • Managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities;

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Requirements/Specifications/Competencies

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • A Graduate degree in Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Advertising or any Business-related course with Technical background such as Information Technology, Computer Science or any IR-related course;
  • Preferably Post Graduate units earned in Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or any ICT related field;
  • At least three years of work experience as Account Manager, Business Development or Pre-Sales Engineer;
  • Excellent planning, budgeting and forecasting, oral and communication skills; inter-personal; analytical; problem-solving; negotiating skills;
  • Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook;
  • Above average general management skills, self-starter, results-driven and can manage changes well;
  • Committed to excellent customer service and the Companys Code of Values;
  • Highly motivated, attentive to details, can keep confidential matters, and has ability to coordinate multiple projects;
  • Must be highly organized, analytical and systematic individual;
  • Must have a sense of urgency and initiative to perform set duties even without instructions;
  • Can work under minimum supervision and able to cope with pressures and deadlines;
  • Willing to work long hours;
