Sourcetech Solutions Inc. is seeking a seasoned Corporate Relations Specialist to drive sales growth and expand market share with our corporate clients.

As a key member of our team, you will cultivate strategic relationships with senior decision-makers at major corporations to tailor our HMO solutions to their unique healthcare needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment and possess excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve assigned quotas for individual and group HMO products
  • Conducting needs assessments to identify the most suitable healthcare plans for potential clients
  • Presenting HMO plans and benefits to potential clients in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Negotiating contracts and finalizing enrollment procedures with new members
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining accurate sales records and reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet the unique needs of corporate clients

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of customer service

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
