**Job Overview**

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business development skills, a strong background in sales and marketing, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute sales plans that meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and identify areas for growth and improvement

Requirements/Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in account management, business development, or pre-sales engineering
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team
