Job Title: Manufacturing Director

The Manufacturing Director leads and manages manufacturing operations across multiple production facilities nationwide, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and facilities, adherence to safety and quality standards, and efficient use of resources.

Key objectives include developing and implementing national manufacturing strategies in alignment with supply chain objectives, directing plant leadership teams in achieving performance goals, aligning with corporate programs for resource efficiency and production service excellence, and fostering a safety-first culture.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement national manufacturing strategies in alignment with supply chain objectives.
  • Leadership: Direct plant leadership teams in achieving performance goals and align with corporate programs for resource efficiency and production service excellence.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements for safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
  • Engagement: Foster a safety-first culture and lead engagement with community and regulatory stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators: Optimize production efficiency and reduce costs through continuous improvement initiatives, enhance supply chain operations from raw material sourcing to distribution, ensure alignment with business strategies, implement effective quality assurance systems and documentation, and monitor energy usage and lead energy-saving initiatives through technology adoption and best practices.

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is required. Professional licensure is preferred. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in manufacturing operations is necessary. Relevant industries include bottling, food, and pharmaceuticals.

Skills and Expertise: Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems, safety regulations, quality standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO/FSSC), asset management, and production tools such as SAP, TPM, and Kaizen are essential. Demonstrated expertise in utilities management (water treatment, refrigeration, air compression), project implementation, and automation systems is also desirable.
