Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Quality Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership abilities, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in quality management.


Responsibilities
  • Monitor program metrics, provide insights and analysis, and help manage the implementation of service and process improvement programs.
  • Lead quality audits, report findings, and propose new systems and policies for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a consultant to stakeholders, mentor teams, and drive the organization's pursuit of quality.
  • Ensure program performance objectives and quality in all customer interactions.
  • Leverage analytical skills to create metric-driven determinations of success and develop actionable plans for improvement.

Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in quality management in a business process outsourcing environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of performance data management and analysis.
