  • Develop and implement effective operational policies, procedures, and strategies to achieve exceptional organizational outcomes.
  • Support HR, administrative, and recruitment functions, promoting a positive company culture that drives high performance and employee morale.
  • Coordinate meetings, take meeting minutes, and ensure the smooth flow of information across teams.
  • Manage and complete ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in handling and managing HR, administrative, and other operational-related matters.
  • Strong knowledge and experience working within a matrix management structure.
  • Ability to implement and execute critical operational strategies and activities.
  • Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced industry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload effectively.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both native and English languages.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Note, Outlook, etc.) for documentation, presentations, spreadsheets, coaching documentation, and more.
