Job Title: Financial Operations Leader

As a seasoned financial professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability by effectively managing complex multi-entity operations and providing strategic financial insights.


This leadership position requires an individual with expertise in financial management, particularly within the manufacturing and retail sectors. A strong entrepreneurial mindset, combined with the ability to translate financial data into business opportunities, is essential for success.


Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior executives to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead financial analysis, including forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and profitability evaluation across business units and product lines.
  • Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with corporate goals.
  • Build and manage high-performing accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Track and manage company-wide, divisional, and project budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports and statements, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a senior finance leader, preferably across multiple entities or businesses.
  • Strong expertise in financial management within the manufacturing and retail sectors.
  • Proven success in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
