Market Planning Operations Expertise

Role Overview:

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence and sales growth through effective sales operations planning, process automation, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business operations, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end sales operations processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth
  • Design and implement automated systems and processes to improve category performance
  • Manage sales target setting, promotional planning, and new product innovation pipeline volume forecasting
  • Lead demand planning for total customer development group and represent the function in sales and operations planning

Essential Skills:

  • Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manipulate complex data sets
  • Excellent partnering mindset and ability to work effectively with internal teams
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights and recommendations to stakeholders
