We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to provide top-tier support to our Sales Department. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operation by helping manage projects, creating and quality-checking spreadsheets, facilitating effective communication, working with leasing partners, assisting in creating lease agreements, and providing comprehensive administrative support.

This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope. They will also develop and maintain complex spreadsheets to support various business functions, conducting thorough quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating clear and effective communication through emails, reports, and presentations, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Data analysis, lease agreement creation, and pre-sales support are also key components of this role.

In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external parties. They should also have exceptional organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be highly analytical and able to anticipate needs, proactively addressing them. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability is essential, as is the ability to think 'out-of-the-box' in working with customers to design alternative document workflow solutions.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. The ability to assimilate new information quickly and maintain confidentiality is also essential.
