Job Description

As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and success teams by ensuring that internal deal processes run smoothly and are consistently documented. This includes preparing and automating quotes and invoices, monitoring account upgrades, and coordinating invoice records with the Accounting team.

You will also be responsible for keeping pipeline data clean and updated in HubSpot, monitoring lead stages, and driving updates and follow-ups after pipeline meetings and deal reviews.

Additionally, you will support the sales team by responding to client queries on pricing, helping route support or technical questions, and organizing and maintaining up-to-date sales enablement materials.

Lastly, you will assist the client in preparing reports, internal documents, deal logs, and L10 summaries, and track and prepare dashboards or weekly reports to monitor KPIs and sales targets.
