Business Operations Coordinator

Job Description:

The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of business functions, including document management and encoding. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Monitor, file, retain, and coordinate disposal of contracts. Send contract renewal reminders at specified intervals.
  • Document Encoding/Processing: Prepare and update PAS Forms (e.g., Reports, Plans, Inspection, Audit). Pre-process PAS report data.
  • Discounting/Credit Note Support: Support account-specific discount enrollments and credit notes for retail sales. Handle Petron-BPI reimbursement claims.
  • Dispatch & Inventory: Dispatch supplies and vehicles (Jeepneys, cabs, taxis, tricycles, UV Express). Allocate and dispatch thermal paper. Dispatch BIR 2307 forms for service stations.
