In the Sales Coordinator role, you'll explore new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential customers. As the first point of contact and key liaison in the Sales team, you'll drive a successful pre-sales experience by understanding business needs and qualifying opportunities.

Here's what you'll do as a Sales Coordinator:
  • Discover new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers, ensuring a successful pre-sales experience by understanding needs and qualifying opportunities
  • Engage with customers via chat and phone to identify needs and provide solutions
  • Use creativity and problem-solving to address concerns and find innovative solutions
  • Collaborate with sales executives on strategies and lead handovers
  • Provide feedback to product development to meet customer needs
