As a sales and operations administrator, you will play a critical role in processing orders, invoicing clients, managing shipments, and updating customer records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales administration process for hardware products and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Maintain accurate information and address data anomalies in Salesforce for accounts, opportunities, customer contacts, renewal pipeline, and forecasts
  • Process quotes and subscription renewals in Salesforce and manage sales orders in NetSuite
  • Coordinate with the finance team to resolve credit management issues and ensure seamless financial processing
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar sales administration role
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CPQ) and NetSuite (or an equivalent ERP system)
  • Strong customer focus, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to foster positive rapport with multinational team members
