Operations Support Representative

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences for homeowners and service providers through organized communication and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and service providers with open requests, ensuring timely responses to their queries.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to high-volume inbound and outbound text and email communications.
  • Build trusted relationships with service providers, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Prioritize operations items based on business impact, urgency, and context of the service request and provider relationship.
  • Maintain accurate records and notes from relevant conversations to ensure team members have necessary context.
  • Manage outreach using HubSpot CRM, tracking progress and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to refine strategy and enhance performance.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs, preferably HubSpot or similar platforms.
  • Bonus points for experience in marketplace, SaaS, or vendor-facing startup environments.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in a customer service-oriented role.
  • Experience with Google Office Suite (Excel/Sheets), email, or SMS tools.
