Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Recovery Specialist to help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

  • Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email to arrange payment plans that meet their financial needs.
  • Negotiate settlements and updates account information and payment statuses accordingly.
  • Follow up on broken promises and missed payments to ensure timely resolution.
  • Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards ensuring all collection activities are conducted ethically.
  • Maintain detailed records of all collection activities to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years old, and possess previous experience in revenue recovery or customer service.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
  • Previous experience in revenue recovery or customer service preferred.

This role operates in a professional office environment requiring long periods of sitting/standing while using a computer and telephone headset. Occasional movement about the office may be necessary to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
