Arrears Recovery Specialist

This is a challenging position that demands attention to detail, organizational abilities, and superior communication skills. As an Arrears Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for processing, verifying, and reconciling supplier invoices and electronic billing files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process, verify, and reconcile supplier invoices and electronic billing files.
  • Confirm carrier charges against contracted rates and service levels.
  • Manage invoicing discrepancies, chargebacks, and supplier credit notes.
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage both automated invoicing through electronic data processing systems and manual invoicing for non-automated clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a financial, accounts, or data processing role within the logistics industry is an advantage.
  • Previous experience using NetSuite also an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of supplier-side billing and customer-side invoicing.
  • Experience with both automated electronic billing systems and manual billing processes.
