Job Title: Credit Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Recovery Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, credit management, and customer service. They will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email, or portal to resolve disputes, negotiate payment plans, and collect past due invoices.

  • Contacting customers to discuss outstanding balances and arrange payment plans
  • Reconciling complex accounts and resolving customer disputes in a timely manner
  • Prioritizing and resolving existing customer issues and facilitating payment
  • Reviewing and preparing customer refunds for duplicate payments, overpayments, and payments to incorrect companies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in collections, credit management, or customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
