Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

The primary role of the Social Media Marketing Specialist is to oversee the development and execution of comprehensive social media strategies aimed at expanding our online presence, fostering meaningful connections with our audience, and driving conversions.

  • Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase engagement and reach.
  • Create and schedule high-quality content that resonates with our brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and refine our social media strategy based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute integrated campaigns, paid advertisements, and influencer partnerships.
  • Foster a positive online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

This position requires a strong understanding of social media analytics, copywriting skills, and an eye for visual storytelling. Additionally, experience with paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a significant asset.

Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong background in copywriting and content creation.
  • Excellent understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Proficiency in paid advertising, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to be highly organized, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
