Job Description:

This is a highly rewarding role that involves developing and executing strategies to foster engagement and growth among online casino audiences.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a vibrant and loyal community around our brand by creating engaging content, promotions, and events tailored to the preferences of our players.

As a Senior Online Community Engagement Specialist, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure feedback from the player community is heard and addressed.

You will also be responsible for analyzing performance metrics and preparing regular reports on community engagement, sentiment, and growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager or Social Media Manager in the online casino industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino player behavior, gaming communities, and iGaming industry dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage online communities with measurable success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
