Online Engagement Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Community Building Specialist to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a community building strategy that aligns with brand goals and player engagement metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive community building plan that fosters player engagement and grows our online presence.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across key platforms, creating engaging content and moderating discussions to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Monitor community sentiment and analyze performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feedback is heard and addressed, driving continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in community management or a related field, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
