Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Online Community Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through various platforms, including social media and community forums.

Your primary goal will be to proactively engage with customers, respond to their queries, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner. You will also be responsible for creating valuable self-service support content, such as guides and tutorials, to help customers troubleshoot their problems.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT security concepts, including antivirus, networking, and encryption technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Desktop and Server operating systems.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including MS SystemCenter Virtual Machine Manager and/or VMWARE.
  • Knowledge of online community platforms and experience with social media marketing.
