Community Engagement Role

We're seeking an individual who can effectively manage online communities, foster engagement, and build lasting relationships with customers.


This is a unique opportunity for someone passionate about community building, social media management, and customer service to join our team.


Your primary focus will be on creating a positive digital presence for our clients by engaging with their online community across various platforms. This involves moderating conversations, resolving issues, and analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas for growth.



Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Nurture Online Communities: Develop and implement strategies to create a loyal and engaged online community for our clients.
  • Manage Customer Interactions: Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and Analyze Feedback: Track customer sentiment, identify trends, and share insights with client teams to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support campaigns, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to the development of community-related initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Field: A degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • 1-4 Years of Experience: Previous experience in community management, customer service, or social media management is desirable.
  • Digital Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with tools like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms is essential.
