We are seeking a skilled Community Manager to foster player engagement and develop a vibrant community around our online casino brand.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop a community management strategy aligned with brand goals and player engagement metrics.
- Manage and grow social media presence across key platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Discord, and Telegram.
- Monitor community sentiment and moderate discussions to ensure a safe, respectful, and positive environment.
- Plan and execute engaging content, promotions, and events tailored to online casino audiences.
- Act as liaison between the player community and internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure feedback is heard and addressed.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports on community engagement, sentiment, and growth.
