Job Overview

We are a company seeking virtual receptionists to handle inbound calls and answer inquiries. The role will involve representing clients as if working in their office, answering customer calls with a standard greeting and booking appointments on CRM/scheduling platforms.

You will take detailed call summary notes, transmit them to the client, and possess excellent attention to detail. Multitasking and managing multiple responsibilities are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries for clients.
  • Represent clients professionally and follow their standard greeting.
  • Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms.
  • Take detailed call summary notes and transmit them to clients accurately.
Requirements:
  • Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection of at least 40 Mbps, a computer with an Intel i3 processor and 8 GB RAM, and a backup power source.
  • Working Qualifications: Previous BPO experience, ability to multitask, and confidence in communicating with clients.
