Job Description

As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, managing communication, organizing evidence, and coordinating with professionals in the legal process. Your role ensures smooth operations and excellent service delivery in a highly specialized field.

Job Overview

Employment type: Full-time

Shift: Day Shift; AU business hours (Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Manila time)

Work setup: Permanent WFH

The Qualifications We Seek

  • A bachelor's degree in any field of study.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in admin, Virtual Assistant, or customer service roles (paralegal experience an advantage).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong character, work ethics, and professional demeanor.
  • Effective time management skills, proactive mindset, and team-oriented attitude.

Your Daily Tasks

  • Communicate with clients to prepare evidence.
  • Gather, sort, and review documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the legal process.
  • Liaise with insurance companies, lawyers, doctors, and their staff.
  • Coordinate client appointments with specialists.
