Job Description:

We are seeking skilled and professional Virtual Receptionists to handle inbound calls, answer inquiries, and book appointments for our clients in the home services industry.

As a Virtual Receptionist, you will represent our clients as if you were part of their in-office team, greeting callers warmly and answering questions based on our client's guidelines. You will schedule appointments using their CRM or scheduling platforms and provide detailed call summary notes, capturing customer contact information and relevant details.

You will send these summaries to our clients promptly, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. We offer flexible working hours and paid time off after completing 3 months of employment. Our business operates 7 days a week, with multiple shift schedules available to meet client demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous BPO or customer service experience is preferred
  • Ability to multitask by managing calls, taking notes, and sending follow-ups
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate call summaries
  • Confident in communicating directly with clients when necessary
  • Experience working remotely is preferred but not required
  • Willingness to undergo training and learn client-specific protocols
  • Motivated, hardworking, and eager to contribute to the team
