We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the position of Medical Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing executive calendars, coordinating schedules, and handling sensitive patient information with discretion and confidentiality.

You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and partners, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, or virtual reception. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure seamless support for both executives and patients.

  • Manage executive calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and partners.
  • Schedule medical appointments, follow-ups, and patient reminders with accuracy and care.
  • Maintain and update patient and office records in scheduling systems and CRMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Prior experience in a medical, clinic, or hospital setting is required.
  • Previous experience as a Medical Scheduler, Receptionist, or Executive Assistant.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with scheduling or CRM tools preferred.
