We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at X-Vape Tech Inc. This is a key role that involves managing financial records, preparing reports, and reconciling bank statements.

About the Role

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, processing transactions, and providing support to the accounting department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank statements
  • Prepare and submit financial reports, as required by management
  • Process transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts
  • Run accounting software programs (e.g., SAP) to process business transactions
  • Provide support to the accounting department, as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
