Job Title: Executive Assistant

This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Listings Management: Monitor and manage business listings across various platforms.
  • Communication: Establish strong relationships with business sellers through regular communication.
  • Correspondence: Develop and maintain impeccable written communication skills.
  • Administrative Support: Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Accounts Payable: Manage Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Accounts Receivable: Oversee Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports, maintain organized documentation, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless business operations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role is required.
  • Accounting Background: Prior experience in accounting is highly beneficial.
  • Accounts Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software is necessary.
  • CRM Familiarity: Familiarity with CRM systems or business listing platforms.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required.
  • Productivity Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools is necessary.
