Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. As the first point of contact for internal and external clients, this individual will play a vital part in maintaining positive relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and ordering office supplies.

A key responsibility of this role is to act as a liaison between departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The successful candidate will also be responsible for connecting operations with client expectations and initiatives, delegating tasks and following up on progress.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact lists
  • Provide general support to visitors and clients
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the office
  • Liaise with executive/management as needed
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems
  • Order office supplies and materials
  • Connect operations with client expectations and initiatives
  • Delegate tasks and follow up on progress
