Key Support Role

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules for senior staff members.

  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and office details in scheduling software and CRM systems.
  • Assist executives with document preparation and task follow-ups.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations and uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Necessary Skills
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and experience with scheduling tools preferred.
