Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product registration processes in emerging markets.
  • Collaborate with regulatory teams and third-party consultants on registration strategies and budgeting.
  • Prepare and submit data for product registration in compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as primary point of contact with regulatory bodies and third-party consultants/labs.
  • Track submission progress and address inquiries promptly.
  • Manage approval timelines, follow up proactively to expedite approvals, and resolve delays.
  • Provide regular project updates and risk assessments to stakeholders.
  • Organize and monitor local field trials.
  • Ensure trial protocols adhere to regulatory standards and are executed properly.
  • Ensure timely report delivery and cost-effective outsourcing of trials.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in pesticide registration in emerging markets.
  • In-depth knowledge of local regulations and registration pathways.
  • Familiarity with OECD testing guidelines and GLP standards.
  • Strong project management abilities to handle multiple registrations concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with regulatory officials and consultants.
  • Analytical skills for data assessment and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
