The Agricultural Field Specialist will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing technical support and guidance on our products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of agriculture and horticulture practices, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the agricultural industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field.
  • Experience working with crop protection products, fertilizers, or other agricultural inputs.
  • Knowledge of agricultural market trends and competitor activity.
