About the Role

This position plays a pivotal role in advancing our mission of delivering innovative solutions that protect farmers' crops from destructive pests and diseases while ensuring environmental sustainability.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, retailer visits, and end-user engagements with professionalism and consistency. The goal is to enhance product awareness, strengthen brand credibility, and align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute field programs effectively, providing technical support and field insights to optimize program execution and ensure alignment with crop cycles.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including product launches, promotions, and pricing strategies, gathering and reporting field intelligence to inform tactical and strategic responses.
  • Provide timely updates to supervisors on Move Out Sales (MOS), crop development stages, farmer practices, and area challenges, offering accurate, real-time insights to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Share feedback on product performance, customer concerns, and technical positioning to ensure alignment and responsiveness.
  • Implement and monitor retailer and farmer engagement programs, ensuring consistent messaging, product visibility, and dealer confidence in our value proposition.
  • Reinforce correct product usage, benefits, and differentiation at the dealer and end-user level, supporting training and communication efforts to maintain technical accuracy and brand integrity.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in agriculture or a related field is advantageous, supporting crop science understanding and our technical portfolio.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license, as frequent travel to farms, retail outlets, and dealer networks across the assigned territory is required.
  • Demonstrates a solid, trustworthy professional background with integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Capable of delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations to diverse audiences, including farmers, retailers, and internal teams.
  • Flexible to work Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
