Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within a specific geographic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving regional objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop plans and programs that align with district and regional goals.
  • Sales Performance: Implement, monitor, and evaluate strategies to improve sales performance in the assigned area.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and sell products, brands, and corporate initiatives to key decision makers, distributors, and customers.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate trading terms and ensure they are effectively used to drive business results.
  • Performance Review: Conduct regular reviews of sales and performance, identifying achievements and issues, and developing plans to address any gaps.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: A graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position, preferably in the General Trade sector.
  • Skills: Proficient in Key Account Management, Negotiation, Execution, and Sales Leadership.
  • Leadership Ability: Willing to be assigned anywhere in Visayas and demonstrate strong leadership skills to manage a distributor.
